Education is a catalyst for economic success in the Western Region. By increasing postsecondary attainment, we strengthen our local economies and enhance the region's competitiveness in meeting current and future workforce demands.
The Western Region has made progress toward increasing educational attainment, but more work is needed to meet our goal of having at least 128,232 residents in the Western Region hold a postsecondary degree or credential by 2030.
