Data is Front & Center at the Iredell Ready Forum
March 31, 2025
At the Iredell Ready Forum, myFutureNC’s Director of Strategic Initiatives Gina Zhang and Southwest Regional Impact Manager Senemeht Olantunji focused on the future, diving into the 2025 State of Educational Attainment Report and how we prep students not just for school but for what comes after.
KEY TAKEAWAYS:
- Too many workers still aren't earning a family-sustaining wage.
- More students in Iredell County are pursuing postsecondary education than the state average.
- The job market is transforming fast—AI's rewriting job descriptions, but soft skills still run the show.
Shoutout to the Iredell Ready Collaborative for spotlighting skills that matter.
