Tare “T” Davis is the Chairman for the Warren County Commission District 2 and recently appointed as the 2nd Vice President of the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners.
T has decades of experience in public safety, including over 20 years of service as a State Trooper with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol. While serving in the Koury Policy Department, T received the North Carolina Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards Commission / Advance Law Enforcement Certificate. He was an Army National Guard (Sergeant) for 12 years. He has experience as a Campus Police Officer at Guilford Technical Community College, and Narcotics Investigator for Halifax County Sheriff’s Office.
T has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Organization from North Carolina Wesleyan College, Bachelor of Science in International and Comparative Criminal Justice from Kaplan University. He has received training from UNC Chapel Hill’s Advance Leadership Corps (ALC). T is married and has four children.
