Pam Hartley serves as Regional Impact Manager at myFutureNC, serving the western prosperity zone. Pam has spent the last 25 years supporting community partnerships and multi-sector collaboration to support young people and their families. Her career is marked by building robust school-community partnerships and her commitment to enhancing success through collaborative efforts.
As the former Director of School Partnerships at NC Education Corps , Executive Director of Communities in Schools of NC, and Vice President of Marbles Kids Museum, Pam has fostered strategic partnerships and advanced educational initiatives across the state. At myFutureNC, Pam continues to leverage her extensive experience to support regional education attainment goals and workforce development.
Pam is a proud graduate of Andrews High School and holds a Bachelor’s degree from UNC-Chapel Hill. Having grown up in Andrews, NC, Pam is thrilled to return to her roots and support work throughout the western prosperity zone.
Pam has two children who live in Boulder and Philadelphia. When she’s not visiting her children, she enjoys hiking, camping, and taking her two labradoodles on long walks.
