Mike LaBrose has been a County Commissioner in Caldwell County for the past 12 years. Prior to serving on the County Commission Board, he served on the Caldwell County School Board for 14 years. Mike has worked as an insurance agent for Farm Bureau Insurance in Lenoir, NC for the past 17 years. Mike is a graduate of Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute with a degree in business administration. Mike currently resides in Granite Falls with his wife of 38 years, Ellen LaBrose. Together they have 3 daughters who are all currently working in public education, and 5 grandchildren.
